I, too, have been using an HP1215 for a couple of years now.... and can report favorably on it....
not bad at all as far as a mid to low price printer goes, and I refill my own cartridges with stuff from Carrot Ink.

Alex, I'm using the same HP photosmart printer you seem to be. I have had NO luck with finding refilled color cartridges for it. Tried several and none work more than a few times, some not at all. Just yesterday I sent two back for refunds. Have you had better luck? If so, where do you go? I just bought a new HP cartridge yesterday at Wal Mart for $30.
