Shrubbery takes more vacation time than any other modern president in history. He only works an average day with a 2 hour lunch break. He's pathetically lazy. If you're upset about Bill, be really upset about Awol George. When was he offered OBL on a silver platter? What were the circumstances, what did Intelligence say? The Republicans focused the entire country on Bill's pants while the terrorism threat grew. Then Shrubbery demoted the position of terrorism czar. Then Shrubbery read to children while people were dying in the WTCs. Then Shrubbery tried to kill the idea of the 911 Commission. Now Shrubbery is hiding behind Cheney. Shrubbery is pathetic. The Republicans have zero excuse.
