Having never invested in Terayon in any shape or form, I can only note that you've yet to address the issue, and your silence is like a sign on your tush upon which the words are written, "I'm Guilty."

IMHO,

Dan B.

Hey Cardinal dude?

How do you feel now that your "guys" have been booted from the Terayon suit? How do you feel now that the Judge says Terayon investors may indeed have a case against, as you put it, "our guys?" I'd help with that suit if I could, but as I say, for starters I've never had a monetary interest in Terayon. I only noticed you lying in your SI published short report. Sorry Cardinal dude, but you can't pretend Coke doesn't sell an all important cola product in a short report, and you can't say Terayon doesn't sell DOCSIS products at a time when it certainly did (ah, but you did say it, and you were previously documented as knowing better, all right here on SI's TERN thread).
