The job loses from the Clinton/Rubin tax-theft-generated deflation were concentrated in the high-tax Blue Zone where the Gore supporters clung to useless, overpriced jobs while supporting all the left's policies for pricing them out of the global labor market. Now THAT'S a perfect example of mass ignorance in action.
