SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2004--Imagenetix, Inc. For the nine months ended December 31, 2003, the company reported revenue of $2,923,065 compared to $2,382,955 reported for the first nine months of the prior fiscal year. For the first nine months, the company reported net income of $242,311 or $.03 per share compared to a loss of $823,877 or ($.10) per share reported for the first nine months of the prior fiscal year (included in the prior nine months net loss was a non-cash expense of $408,327 or ($.05) per share associated with the issuance of common stock purchase warrants).

"I am pleased to report increases in both sales and earnings to our shareholders," reported Bill Spencer, CEO. "Our nine-month sales have increased 22% over the same nine-month period last year, our most recent quarter saw sales increase 31% over the same quarter last year, and we have shed last year's losses by posting four consecutive profitable quarters. I am also happy to report that backlog remains at comparatively high levels which should bode well for the company's near term future. Our sales initiatives are working. They are translating into top line growth and bottom line earnings for our shareholders."

Gary, do you have anymore gems like CEP.V in consideration? As a Canuck, I'm looking at putting some more Canadian dollars into investment. CEP.V has been astonishing... it just keeps going. This is about a 12 bagger (if I calculated correctly) since you first mentioned it last year.
Dirk

PHLI .90:

(COMTEX) B: PacificHealth Laboratories, Inc. Announces 64% Increase in Fir
t Quarter 2004 Revenues
B: PacificHealth Laboratories, Inc. Announces 64% Increase in First Quarter 2004
Revenues

MATAWAN, N.J., Apr 2, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PacificHealth Laboratories, Inc.
(OTCBB: PHLI), an innovative nutrition technology company, announced today that
revenues for the first quarter of 2004 were approximately $2,300,000
(unaudited), a 64% increase over the same period in 2003 when revenues were
$1,397,667. The increased revenues are due to increases in sales of the
Company's ACCELERADE(R) and Endurox R4(R) sports drink product lines as well as
significant opening orders for the Company's new COUNTDOWN(R) post-workout drink
for the strength-training athlete.

Dr. Robert Portman, President and CEO of PHLI, said, "Our revenues for the first
quarter represent the largest quarterly sales of our sports nutrition products
in the company's history. The increased sales reflect a continuation of the
growth we saw in the fourth quarter of 2003. Traditionally, our first quarter is
one of our weaker quarters because of the seasonality of sports drink sales.
Based upon our first quarter numbers, we look for continued sales growth in the
upcoming quarters."
