U.S. Adds 308,000 Jobs in March, Most in Four Years

April 2 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. economy added 308,000 jobs in March, almost three times economists' expectations and the biggest gain since April 2000. Stocks rose on the report, which is likely to boost President George W. Bush's re-election bid.

"There are tears being shed at Kerry campaign headquarters and jubilation at the White House,'' said Christopher Low, chief economist at FTN Financial in New York, in a report to clients."

He's between a rock in a hard place now. If our troops don't go in strong into Fallujah and kick ass, the iraqies will see it as a successful resistance that we backed down from.

Trouble is that Fallujah has 500,000 people, and to secure it would take lots of troops ... sending in so many troops to fight in the streets would be inconsistent with his "mission accomplished" bull****.
