I thought stuff like that had to work off the "atomic clock" and not somebody's Timex...LOL... Imagine if "all financial stuff" worked off of different clocks... You could still make a "buy" @4pm, or 4:02, or 4:05...LOL... Hey, the clock said it was good!!! Or how about a deposit and withdrawal working off 2 different clocks, that would be a disaster and therefore I find it funny that they could use "a clock" as an excuse...
