I figure a lot of the funds from that are going to Al Qaeda.

To move all that merchandize out of the country and pay the farmers they need a criminal organization that is well-funded, highly secretive, is multi-national in scope, preferably with some shipping assets and the means to protect itself from local law and from rivals in the drug trade.

Like Al Qaeda.
