NYA has been performing very well for the past week.

I think a lot of folks assumed that after so many bad reports, a good one was bound to come and got long in advance. So sell on the news seems to fit.

But probably a dip to buy however...

Looks like a break out today. We may get a tight trading range for a couple of days like in the circled area in December. I could be in a bigger scale.but I think there is more to come.
For sure we will have a sell signal for the NDX if we close like this. The SPX and OEX reverted to buy.

Let's see if the volume confirms the break out today.
