I think you simply have to accept that there will be control over broadcast media. There already are, and not just in this country. You think the BBC and Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, being public entities under gov't control, don't keep a watch over their shoulders? Maybe you ought to take this up with Janet Jackson; she caused the problem. The fact the you think media such as radio and TV should be allowed to broadcast what a large number of others consider smut will count for little. Let us hope the controls can be stopped there. Not doing so would run counter to previous USSC decisions.
