The royals are divided amongst themselves. They are split down the middle with respect to Al Q. Besides, it is Muslim unity.

Hence there will be several other equally important factors the royals will have to take into consideration besides just Al Q security. Besides, Osama (if he is alive) and Al Jawahiri is to some extent in their pocket.

I guess we just have to wait and see how politics plays out. It is not always "pre emptive" strikes and use of bullets. If thatwas the case, then then Hitler would have succeeded in the forties when he started marching troops into countries whom he thought disagreed with him. In today's world, it is much more complex with issues such as dependence on oil etc.

I would like to remind you about Kerry's statement" Foreign leaders support him". I don't think it is any specific leader he was referring to. It is just the countries of the world in general that he meant. After all, those countries can all gang up together to contain the threat from the US.
