if GDP is over x%, then BLS adds 50,000 jobs each month
from assumed small business job creation
in good expanding times, this is legitimate

given the outsourcing acceleration, it is not valid

last May, there was a backward downward revision of 250,000 jobs from small business which never materialized
the markets did not care
maybe they will care this spring

Sure hope so....I added some FNM pootskies near the close today (June '03 75's).
