Total hours went down? Even though 300,000 jobs were added?

A big portion of the jobs added are construction, seasonal and returning grocery workers that were on strike.

But the declining hours is interesting? I'm wondering if a job is classified as full or part time job? If you work 30 hours a week is that a part time or full time job?

Manufactuing jobs held steady. First time in 40 reporting periods that they didn't go down.

I'd say the overall this report is better than in the past, but there are some things that need further explaining.

The jobs are there. Tell your neighbors that. They may have been listening to you and not know that there are 300,000 that found jobs last month and companies coninue to hire. That is what happens when people only listen to the negatives. You may be the cause of their unemployment based on the bs I read of yours on this thread. Sorry you are so upset about so many finding work. I thought you would be...creep.
