I just completed a survey where the questions were about political issues, mostly about the Clarke thing. There were a couple of questions that I found odd because I had not heard the issues raised. I know you're interested in Constitutional questions. Do you have any sense what this one is about?

The 15th, 19th and 26th Amendments to the United States Constitution outlaws discrimination in voting on the basis of race, sex and age respectively, but it contains no affirmative individual right to vote. Do you agree or disagree that the Constitution should positively affirm the individual right to vote?
