That's what's so funny about the 9/11 Commission. People are saying, "you can't blame Bush." I agree. You blame Osama and his supporters. But they don't see the other side of the coin. Bush is out there campaigning like he is the great hero of 9/11, when he performed adequately, at best. I actually agree with Clarke's decision to hide Bush under his bed until the danger passed. We didn't need the President killed or injured at that time. But, then, for him to grab the mantle of johnny on the spot at Ground Zero is nonsense. Giuliani and both Clintons were there long before him, providing support and comfort. The picture with the fireman is ex post facto by at least two days.
