When you can get great talent at 20 percent of the costs, it isn't about waving the American flag. It's about doing what's right to have a good company.

So Intel should fire Craig Barrett and hire some Manager of a textile factory in Bangladesh so they can save a few bucks? I think you are being simplistic. How do you know they are great talent if they haven't played in the big leagues?
