Pretty weak...

The only words, in context, that ask specifically if there was a connection between the government of Iraq and Al-Quaida was the question by Luger. He got no direct answer to the question. All other references to Iraq speak of Iraq workers or such which is not proof of the state of Iraq being involved. Remember, it was 17 terrorists from Saudi Arabia who destroyed the WTC and no one ever said there was a connection to the Saudi government...
