I mean Vietnam as opposed to India... Cooperation and unity matter and size helps if managed properly ... what has India's size accomplished since 1947 ... seems pretty fractured to me yet.. -g I'm already betting on China :o) I'd wager India will do better if China succeeds. An ongoing warming of Sino Indian relations will be good... I just don't see India as a leader... Spots...
