US contractors will leave Iraq. Specialists have to be sourced from other countries. Slowly US presence will become only military and the contracting will pass to people of other countries that are more acceptable to the Iraqis and that know how to handle things better.

If I would be in Iraq I wouldn't be driving a shinning new SUV which can be easily to be spotted but a car that could blend with the local traffic.
