Adobe has what I understand to be a really fine set up with their Photoshop Album software. You can read about and download a free watered-down version of it here:

adobe.com

You can do a comparison between this version and the full-fledged one there, too.

Sometimes you can find it bundled with their great Photoshop Elements 2.0 which I have (don't have Album).

rruff ...

the outsourcing pics I get from WMT, etc cost in the area of 25c each ..
and, I've not calculated the exact cost of buying Kodak paper etc at home, but the cost is not a great deal less I feel sure ....

what I do is copy the ones I want to print photos from to a CD and take it to the store ....there I select the differing sizes or each that I want ..
as to their process ... I can get multiple sized pics that I can't tell from what I used to get with film.

the orgainzing .... well ... I'm NOT very organized ... heh heh heh

occasionally, my son (he is a semi pro videographer) will gather the stuff together and assemble it for his mother ....

I'm thinking he uses PhotoShop 7.0 from Adobe ....
