It means you are only writing what you want, because you are angry of the great employment report and now that you know about the few minutes and the trend that really blew up during the Clinton administration, it may be better to ask Clinton about what happened.

How many minutes have the work weeks gone down since 1999. We know that the salaried are not included in the hours.
