People won't vote based on the numbers, anyway. To the vast majority of Americans those numbers are meaningless.

They look at their community, friends and family and see who has a good job and who hasn't, and gauge the employment market based on that. To all the families in Ohio who have someone who lost a job in the last three years, those published figures mean nothing.
