You know the current administration has serious problems when important people like O'Neil and Clarke "blow the whistle", and even Colin Powell starts to backtrack on his infamous UN testimony....
Clarke,interviewed by Chris Matthews painted an incompetent picture of Condoleeza Rice, when he stated she did not concentrate on terrorism in most of her meetings....
