Yes, Bush has stated that Kerry supports tax increases and has voted for them many times. Now you no longer have to wait.

Has Bush told us the truth about ANYTHING in four years?
Any major subject, has he told us the truth about it, whatever it is, can anyone name something Bush has told the truth about. I'm waiting.
