I thought we had an excellent handle on the facilities...but Iraq is pumping oil and we do not have our supertankers there. That oil should be coming here by the boatload...

The hybrids are a start. Industry is making great strides in delivering us new vehicles and options. Consumers have yet to switch over. It takes high proces for US drivers to become conservative. We are starting to push that envelope. As we posted earlier, we both are considering a hybrid car, but have yet to buy one, same goes for millions of others...and our consumption contiunues to grow with our population expanding and Hollywood loving the SUV's that barely ever see rain...lol

One of the potential Kerry VP running mates is Virginia Governor Mark Warner who is a former high tech entrepreneur and venture capitalist...

Born: December 15, 1954

After a successful career as a venture capitalist in the telecommunications and technology fields, Warner was elected governor in January 2002. He also chairs the Southern Governors' Association.
