It's not so much that the guy is so wrong about supply/demand -- but that he willy nilly accepts inflation -- like how else could it be??

Not to worry -- sometime in this decade he'll have the pleasure of seeing price rises in oil outstrip the rises in a lot of other things (in real terms) ... esp wages.
