You have to register to view those articles. That sounds like an internal link form that site that opens your default email program and embeds the article. Probably nothing you can do besides emailing them about it.

Jon .. Check two things.

1. Make sure that Outlook Express is your default email client. In IE, go to tools, internet options, programs and make sure OE is listed as the default email program. If that's ok then:

2. Go to "My Computer". Click on view/folder options/file types.

Scroll down the list to "URL:MailTo protocol". Highlight it and click on edit, then edit again. Make sure the program used to perform the operation is listed as follows:

"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /mailurl:%1

Check that the quote marks and spaces are there exactly as above (and also verify that the path to msimn.exe is actually correct for your machine).

Hopefully one of those two things will give you a simple fix.
