We (Canadians) are quite active in Afghanistan - a Maple Leaf would not be useful against those who really want to do harm. against the rest, perhaps.

Bush's powers -- and the administrations' 'always on Friday' for the lack of notice announcements -- like this should frighten the crap out of all of us.
