Nothing wrong with common sense tort reform but the rightwing wants to take away all righteous damage awards an individual might deserve from a major corporation. If you believe any different you're naive or covering up for them. The new GOP is not for people at all, it's only for major corporate interests. Bush has done nothing for people unless they're his cronies. He only talk compassion when it's election time. It's all talk. Next time a corporate interest rips you off for your entire livelihood and you need a good lawyer just remember how you parroted Rush Limbaugh without thinking. Also, remember that Dick Cheney is in the asbestos business.
