Vets are going to need it. They're being railroaded back to Iraq, Shrubbery isn't even bothering to attend funerals, VA hospitals are closing....geez.

Given that no WMDs have been found and there is growing anti-American furor everywhere (including in the North and South), they're going to need lots of counseling when they get back. Bet that Shrubbery will cut funds for that off also.
