You can't rush the VP pick too much because background checks have to be made. What dirt will the RNC dirty tricks campaign attach themselves to for each candidate, from the RNC's own twisted point of view? In the end JK will pick who he's most comfortable with. Gov. Warner might also deliver West Virginia, a key state Bush needs. Like Evan Bayh he also appears to be a straight arrow. He looks like a McCain Republican. JK would love to get that McCain vote. He actually deserves it too.
