I'll defer to redfish's analysis of Florida. While I agree with you that Richardson would be an attractive selection, I do not think that he has the "killer dog" mentality that Kerry needs in that position. Too genteel. He does have a caustic wit, though that does not necessarily translate well on TV. I do have to tell you though, I do find his disheveled look appealing. Something I can relate to.
