Tinkershaw, I believe you are correct in this assumption. I could not help but reflect on how Henry would have (did)handle this...in retrospect, if GMST had dealt with all its potential licensors on a more reasonable basis, sharing in the growth as it came and protecting its IP at the same timee, while casting a broad net over the industry..I think we would all be a bit better off today.
