The only number I have for that is foreign holders of UST, and it's only $45.7 billion from OPEC, so they aren't the players that Japan (577.1), China (147.8), Caribbean (hedge fund and criminal enterprises)(69.7), and Hong Kong (61.8) are. I will check the number for OPEC in the agencies market.

Of interest here and now was the eye popping liquidation of $16,871 billion in US debt from foreign custody (central banks) holdings US debt. That was through the week ended Wed. March 31, and wouldn't have even picked up the big Friday slide. A one week fluke, or something big underway?
