If you want to sign away your rights to sue corporations go ahead and back the corporate-financed neocons. I had to sue a big company once after they ripped me off and am still living on the money. Thank God for good litigators. The deck is already stacked against the little guy. The neocons want to make it virutally impossible to get justice. That said, common sense tort reform is in everyone's interest. But the neocons are hypocrites on this. They file frivolous lawsuits whenever they feel like it. Look at Fox News suing Al Franken for instance.
