Oil-for-Food program.

Now know as the "oil for fraud," program. The UN will do a whitewash, maybe chastise one or two and throw them to the wolves. We will have a congressional committee make some headlines.

What will come of it? Further decimation of the UN's reputation with the American public. If it gets low enough, eventually an administration will be able to go after them and have the American public behind them.

One good thing that has come out of Iraq is the lessening of the NGO's clout. They cut and ran, and things worked much better without them. They spend their time and our money running around in SUV's and partying. Good riddance.
