Definitely. I read some of the excerpts you posted here. The agenda was a simple one: get Clinton. I didn't take the book seriously then.

As for Miniter's views of Clarke now, have him dispute (a) Clarke's rendition of his, Clarke's, activities on 9-11 and (b) the comparison between Clinton in the millenium runup with Bush in the summer of 01.
