Well, he's tempting fate if nothing else. My house is worth loads of dough more then I paid for it.

I learned about free lunches long ago. There ain't many jobs going where I live, and prospects of jobs don't look good, no matter what CRAPOLA the government spews.

You can get a good paying job here but you have to go to Iraq in a uniform. Apart from that the housing bubble looks like a housing bubble to me. Construction projects all over the place.

As a guy who once worked as an engineer, it looks like a house of cards to me.
