Yes. And the devils are in the details and management's ethics and sense of scruples.

The Reg FD theory is that, if (see comment above) management believes that any "material" non public information has been disclosed inthe course of this call, MLNM will file a Form 8-K and disclose that information. It's an honor system unless and until it becomes clear that information was leaked/disclosed.
