Gee, I like you. You're confident enough to take in your interlocutor's point. I thought the govt did pay for abortions in those "free clinics". There are no free clinics. They have to support their own operation, and their only source of funds is patients' fees. It's true that they try to keep charges to an absolute minimum - $300 the last I heard, maybe higher now. The government will not even pay for abortions for servicewomen in some overseas hellhole. To feel "relieved" sounds about the HEIGHT of selfishness. Now, this excludes health reasons or rape of course. If you're facing a life disaster, relief is the natural thing.
