So what if you an your spouse both post (using the same machine, obviously)? Or two roommates at college, sharing a PC? Or multiple users of a public (as in library) PC?
Sounds unreliable as a "detection" method.


I was only speculating as to how their system works. Can you give another way to detect someone using multiple aliases? IP addresses won't work if you're behind a firewall or router. They can't look through your tube and see who's typing. What else do they have to go by but the cookie, and no cookie - no login.

Anyway, the point is, don't do it and it won't matter.
