Exactly. Anyone in the administration who suggests that will be bluntly told that it is against something Islam. But, desecrating bodies is not.

Haven't noticed that any clerics volunteering to allow the military conduct inspections of their mosques.

IMHO until we get over the aversion of searching Mosques we will never get peace in Iraq. First off, apparently much of the violence is being incited by a select few Clerics (which makes me wonder about the Religion to begin with) and its been shown as recently as this past weekend that weapons ARE being stashed in some Mosques and I suspect also some of the bad guys. jdn
