They're inept because they're corrupt and only think of their own personal goals, which include those of the energy business and other corporate interests who've contributed heavily to them. Then they're very dishonest because they don't tell the truth to begin with then have to lie to spin and cover up the truth as it finally comes out. Condi Rice, Cheney, all big time liars. The biggest lies of all come from the stinker himself Dick Cheney.
