While I agree with Powell about the jeopardy of democracy in Russia and Russian military bases, I also agree with Pravda.

Here speaks the man who lied through his teeth to the United Nations Security Council

And this is all very sad. Powell has no credibility left. Why he doesn't just resign is incomprehensible. Doesn't he realize the obvious? He's now totally ineffectual, and he has only himself to blame.
