A link would have helped but I was curious enough to look.

They look to be Northwoods based on the 512KB L2 and 8KB L1. Click on product details, tech specs then 'learn more' which will pop up a window with processor details for their product lines -- none of which are Prescotts.

It's Northwood. The matrix shows that the 8300 features 512K L2, thus Northwood.

In fact, it's still the case that no Dimension appears to be using Prescott.
