No, no problems, and it's relatively easy to follow... of course if you eat fast food or even out all the time it's tough. I had blood work done a couple of months ago by my doctor who is also a blood specialist and he is very intrigued by the idea and thinks there could be a lot to it.

OF course that's on anecdote. Lot's will come out on this type of stuff no doubt. Sadly with all the genomic computing power out there, none of it is used to follow up on dietary stuff because there is no money in it. I've always been a 'free market' believer, and I guess I still am, but is disheartening that it makes no sense to spend the money on this stuff [yet]... wonder how many more spectacular failures we need in drug discovery before some says "gee... instead of trying to make a pill to stop obesity... I wonder if diet could do it" Too funny.
