In bed with Dave no doubt.

anyway....

i didn't respond directly to you, i responded to mr. maloney..to a message published by you on a public board

If we need your valuable input, we know where to find you

got a mouse in your pocket?

:)

so, in spite of your rudeness, i'll address the "discrimination" point as i see fit...

which is to say admin dave stated the posters in question were warned about TOU violation....and then the posters persisted, so admin dave followed through on his warning

end of story

if there is any logical discriminatory argument to made here it might be one of "selective prosecution" that could

be valid if one could produce evidence that admin dave has a pattern of only following through on warnings to those whom he felt personally offended by....

but in truth, that would be the prerogative of the owners of this site...

but i also think that the owners of the site would realize that any perception of a capricious enforcement of TOU after warnings given would be ultimately harmful to their business as well.

so the balance here is to have the site monitored in such a way as to allow freedom of expression in a way that doesn't deteriorate to the point where it becomes nothing more than a flamefest.

i honestly do not see how anyone can complain about enforcement of TOU rules having been warned repeatedly privately and publicly as was stated by admin dave
