luc, the only problem i'm having here is that according to admin dave, they were warned about certain types of messages (that were deemed by him to fall into TOU violations, we can certainly raise questions about the judgement of that)...so i think it's damn silly that now people are crying foul at him writing writing out a ticket after they did the equivalent of punching the sheriff in the nose after he gave them warnings<g>
