If Rice has nothing to hide, and has always told the truth, she will be not only willing but eager to appear before the commission -- in public, and under oath. As simple as that.

If Dumbya has any brains, and always knows what he's talking about, he will not only be willing but eager to appear before the commission -- under oath and on his own, without any puppeteers guiding him. As simple as that.
