I'm not sure you DO realize where this is leading.

I'm not a religious investor in ANY stock.

Companies with a history of a low ROE tend to have a low ROE in the future. Companies with a history of a high ROE tend to have a high future ROE.

Fortunately, every now and then the market forgets little details like that. And it is just as true that every now the then, the market also vastly overestimates little details like that.
